Blessings and Adventures on the Appalachian Trail, Part 2, is the completion of my hike which I started in 2023, was injured on the trail, then returned home to recover from the injuries. For a hiker, one of the most difficult things to do is admit when the hike is over. In this book, like the first one, there are many obstacles, events, difficulties, blessings, meeting new hikers along the way, and hiking solo for days. With renewed motivation and determination to continue the hike 1,494 miles northward in the mountains and valleys of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine, I accomplished more than I had ever thought was possible. I finally reach the 100 mile Wilderness and Maine, perhaps the toughest test on the trail in my mind.I summit Mt katahdin, with the help of some famous friends of other sports and careers. As in the first book, I will take you along with me first hand to see and feel exactly how the trail is traveled, and marvel at the wonderful sights in nature, and the great respect hikers have for each other.
