The team at Direct Current Engineering has developed the ultimate Off-road protection for your Rivian R1S and R1T and it's finally available at Rhino Adventure Gear. Designed and manufactured in the USA, the Direct Current Engineering Rock Sliders are the missing link in ease of access to your Rivian at any ride height setting while protecting your vehicle when going off-road.

Maximum Strength

All seams between tubes and brackets are fully welded for maximum strength and durability. This makes the entire step (aside from the plates that bolt to the top) one single piece even further increasing its strength by avoiding bolted connections between separate parts. The sliders for the R1T come in at 62 lbs per side, and the R1S weight comes in at 54 lbs per side. These have no negative effects on the Rivians range!

Quality Finish 

The main structure of the rock sliders have a high-quality textured black powder coat. While the top faces of the steps will have an equally high-quality non-slip textured black finish.

No Compromise on Ground Clearance 

Our rock sliders will not affect the current ground clearance of either the R1S or the R1T at any ride height. They sit completely flush against the underside of the vehicle. 

Dual Mounting Points

The Rock Sliders are capable of using the factory Rivian mounting points. The sliders can also be used to support the vehicle on a lift.
